Belt Tensioner Bolt Length

I am trying to find the diameter and length of the pivot bolt for the serptine belt tensioner.
I think there is a piece of old bolt broke off in the hole.
I had the engine rebuilt over a year ago and it looks the guy cobbled up something to work, the "bolt" that was in it,is more like a stud with a nut welded on the end.Looking at the hole in the block,it looks like he ran a 9/16 drill in about 1/2 an inch,my guess would be to either get enough clearance to get it started or clean out some bad threads in the end.
If I can find the length of the original bolt,I can determine if there is indeed a piece of bolt broke off in there and aprox how long it is.
I do not have a haynes,I do need to pick one up.
I have searched for a couple of hours here, can find lots of threads with a reference to the bolt but none containing the actual diameter and length

Its a 10mm dia. bolt and measures 106 mm from under the head to the end.
With the timing cover on the hole depth is 60 mm. Thread is 1.5

I just found that my pivot bolt has sheared/twisted off inside the block. What's the scoop on fixing it? Hoping you don't say "First, pull the engine..."

Tried to get a angle-drill in there but, no joy. Looks like it's the hard way for this one.
