Canada steering shivering

Hey guys im driving a 2002 corolla with 190 K on it. Recently i started noticing that when i pass 100K/hr my steering starts bubbling or shivering. Ne idea what it could be i checked my tire pressure and thread they are good dont think it can be my rotors or callipers because it happens when im driving not braking. Ne idea what the problem might be.

Check the actual condition of the tires.

They could also be out of balance.
