Driverside door lock (manual) is not workin in my corolla 1999 VE

Toyoat corolla 1999 VE driver side door lock is creating a problem, some time it works but most of the time are not, its a manual lock. How can I replce the lock? any pics or video link pls? Thanks in advance.

The tab you pull or the key cylinder? Symptoms?

You have to pop the inside door panels. Screw underneath door handle pad is tricky, but even more tricky is you have to wiggle out a lock ring from under the window crank with a cloth. Good luck. Once the interior panel is off, there's two rods, one to the knob and one to the key cylinder. Disconnect them, then it's 3 big torx screws (I don't remembr #30 or #40) and you can fish the latch from holes in the door panel. Drop in a new one and reverse. This is assuming the latch was the broken part.
