Removing front fender; specifcally, splash guard.

I'm replacing the front fenders on my Prizm after an accident, and I think I've gotten every bolt except one that sits behind the splash guard / skirting / whatever in the wheel well. It looks like the splash guard is held in place by some plastic pieces, but it doesn't look like I can remove them without breaking them. Any tips?

Thanks!

They are push clips. Pry up the center. They will pop, then pry out the rest. Done properly, there should be no damage and they can be reused. The rest are just standard metal screws removed with a 10mm socket. Once it's free, move it away and the fender X bumper bolt is now accessible.
