Rough idle when in drive or reverse

I was teaching my little sister how to drive on my corolla (bad idea). Long story short, she hit a wall. Everyone was good though. Changed my bumper and added a lip. Have to get chassis realigned. But now I have a rough idle whenever I'm in drive or parking. I changed one of the motor mounts ($165 dealer) but it wasn't that. Plugs sparking and wiring is all good. the idle is significant in neutral, however, but not as bad as in drive. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

How hard did she hit the wall? Something may have been knocked loose.

it wasn't too hard. the bumper was scrapped and the headlights broke off but the car still drove away to my body shop (5 miles away). the vibration is very significant and it happens when my car reaches about 750 rpm or so. i did notice white smoke the oyther day but it comes and goes , but i think that just the condensation since its raining a lot over here in new york. my mechanic said it could be a bent bracket that can cause the shake since its not the engine mounts. need any more info?
