Aftermarket polyurethane mounts? The Pig shudders

I'm feeling my car shudder when I let off the gas less-than-smoothly, and when shifting. I'm thinking it may be tired mounts, and a search of "polyurethane mounts" here turns up this:

Whatever happened to that development? In the meantime, can I use the speed-source kit for MR2 Spyder?

Now if it isn't the mounts after all, what else could it be? Mounts are stock, clutch is just Exedy OEM replacement. I'll admit I have yet to do the rev-and-watch-the-engine-shake check.

just fill them. i did it to mine. i dont have any pics of when i did it. but here is a good diy write up from a *gasp* honda forum. ive used this before and the results were quite impressive. plus its not expensive and its a great little diy project.

You can also use window weld, if you do go with the es remember they will need a little time to "break in" after about a week or so they wont be as harsh as they first were. I have poly mounts in most of my cars.
