some1 is offering me 95 1.6 and 94 1.8 engines.. The first with 85k and the second with 120k.. Both for a really low price, what would I be replacing in both of them?? And which one would be easier to install? Thanks

First make sure they're not having burning/using oil issues. Either one should not be too hard to install. I believe your car weighs more than the ones that the 1.6 and 1.8 liter were used in, so if this would work, your performance would be a little slower.

How much is "some1" willing to pay you to take an engine that doesn't fit?
With the right amount of time, money, and , almost any engine could work.

It would be a major downgrade as they are not the same engines and use different computer and diagnostic systems. You would need to go from OBDII to OBDI which means swap out the whole wiring harness and ECU. Also there's stuff like gauge fitment, your gauges might use a different interface style so you might need to downgrade to old style gauges or use custom wiring.

It might mount up given I don't think the frame/suspensions are really changed between the 93-97 and 98-02, but the motor mounts are different, which leads me to believe the attachment points probably are too. However, the transmission will not work, you will need the harness spliced as mentioned, and that is assuming it mounts up which someone else could give you an answer on. No reason to do it at all and would be more expensive than just replacing it with the correct engine.
lol, he wants 300 for the 1.8 from a 95 geo prizm.. any ideas in what will I need to install/fix? thanks
So he's only willing to give you 300 with the engine that won't fit? I'd try to get at least 2500 to help pay for making it fit.
Ideas on what you'll need:
Complete powertrain and dash wiring harnesses
Custom engine mounts
7th generation Corolla transmission
Custom transmission mounts
Custom axle shafts
That should get ya started....good luck
On a more serious note. Paying $300 for an engine that will require major fabrication and be an electronics headache is just plain foolish unless you've got time and money to burn.
This one would be a direct replacement after you stripped it down to a long block...and far cheaper:
