2002 Corolla..Tube bolt will not tighten

The tube that slips into the engine and onto the top of the spark plug has one small bolt on it that I cannot get to torque down. The bolt keeps spinning. On the other three tubes they torque down just fine. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

Take a look at the threads on the bolt and the hole to see which one is stripped. Odds are it's the hole, but if it's the bolt, may be simple as picking up a new one. If it's a little of each, you may be able to use a new bolt to get it just tight enough. Otherwise you may need to go to the next size up bolt and pick up that size thread tap to clean out the threads in the hole to match the larger bolt (provided it fits through the coil housing).
