OBD II Scanner

My corolla 2000 Engine Light is on/off a few times in the past week. It's on for a while and off for a while. I would like to get a OBD II scanner to read the code myself. Which OBD II scanner is better? Anyone has experience with it?

Thanks,
M

Basically, as long as it read the code, they are all the same for personal use.

Since I'm a computer geek, I personally use a USB OBD 2 Scanners from ebay for under $20. Plugs into my laptop usb and gives me engine codes, live sensor data, and all that jazz. I don't use it as much as I thought I would, but it's been useful and fun.
