Help ID this noise!

You Tube

I was hoping someone could help me ID the sound from this video. I can hear a distinct rattling between 2800-4000 rpms. Normally I dont notice this but under heavy acceleration I do. Im thinking something is wrong with the timing chain or tensioner. Neither of those parts have been replaced to my knowledge and shes running 127k right now.
