Assuming you swapping in another engine and turbocharged it? Or did you turbocharge the existing, running engine?
First thing I'd double check is engine compression. If compression isn't any good then you don't need to go any further.
Did you check the timing before the engine was dropped in there? There are markings on the timing gears that indicate where TDC is. Should verify the markings with visually seeing the valves open/close (valve cover off). Possible that the timing belt jumped a tooth or two and giving you problems. You can still check the timing with a timing light, just make sure you disable fuel while you are doing this, as you'll start loading the cylinders with fuel.
