Thumbs down Need help... car wont start

I bought my corolla around 2 weeks ago, and when I first got it, the car started and drove without any problems. The car sat for about a week, and when I tried to start it, it would not start. I got a boost and it started fine, drove it around for a while, shut the car off and then started it again without problems. I have waited about another week and tried to start the car and it wont again. All the lights in the car work, and when trying to turn the car over, you just hear a clicking sound (same as before and temperature is around -10). I am wondering if there is an easy fix, or if it will need a new battery? Also, if it needs a new battery, how much do they usually cost?

I seem to be having the same problem, but i thought it might be my kill switch form my alarm. I assumed that the kill switch lets try to start, but never turns over.

I know it can be my battery i have a optima yellow top and not even a year old. I was thinking, on my car toyota had the little ignition security where i have to flip the blinker up to start my car. Can this security system be dyeing by some chance or maybe a loose connection?
