its 3 bolts and it can be done without removing the front bumper. On 01-02 headlight housings, there is a adjustment screw toward the top of the housing in the center.

These are my OEM headlights. I've marked the 3 bolts with red squares and the adjustment screw with a green one.

The lower one is a bit difficult to get to without removing front bumper but it can be done. Its pretty simple.

So today i went out and try to replace my headlight but i notice the guide you show me is different. I have a 98 corolla and yet the headlight is completely different. I try to take it but it seem to be stuck i guess due to the screw in the bottom. Can anybody show me a guide or a picture on how to take it out. Greatly Appericated thank you

2 bolts and 1 clip on top in the grill area. Then at the rear corners of the front bumper theres 1 more bolt on each side if you look under the bumper. And you also have to pull out that plastic lining to get access to a bolt on each side at the point where the top of the bumper meets the fender. There may also some clips if you stick your head into the air dam area but I dont remember because I didnt put them back in.
If you lived close I would do it for you in like 5 minutes lol.
