Out of factory our cars do not have LED lights in the instrument panel. You can buy drop-in LED lights, but so far I have not seen a good LED light that provides even lighting for the panel. This is less of an issue for the individual indicators eg. brake, airbag, CEL etc. lights.
Indicators are #74 except for low fuel light - it's bigger and I don't know what it is, backlighting or main illumination are provided by three #194 bulbs.
One idea that has been floated is to line the edge of the transparent base of the gauges with a series of surface mount LEDs. It is not cheap, requires soldering, and far from easy. I haven't tried this yet.
If you mean how to change the bulbs, I believe it has been covered here before. Search for "instrument panel bulb change."
