Ignitor system malfunction

I have an 01 corolla that I just put a motor in and now I'm getting a no start with p1300 p1305 p1310 and p1315. When I first tried to start it took a lot of cranking with some sputtering. Put more gas in tank and it eventually started and idled fine but sputtered when revving. Cleared codes to get rid of misfire codes to start fresh. Started right up and revved great too so I let it run a few minutes. Shut it down to put a couple misc. Brackets and heat shield on and it won't start back. I had to go to work so I have not checked fuses or anything yet. How many related fuses are there and what else should I check? Could I have missed a ground?

No ideas? I had a few minutes today to put new plugs in and try the other set of coils. Also found a blown fuse under the dash. It's not labeled on the cover and it's solid black with no markings. Dealer only I assume... What circuit is this?

I went to the dealer today to order a "fuse". The part number is 90980-04066 and its called a condenser. Cost $24 there but I cant wait. I've gotta try to get this car goin and the dealer wouldnt tell me anything about what the circuit controls so it may not have anything to do with it.

Anyone know where I can find the ECU pinout diagram??

Swapped the crankshaft and camshaft sensors today with the ones from original motor and it started for about 10 sec. then shut down throwing the same codes. I dont think the sensor change had anything to do with it as much as the battery being unhooked though. Voltage to terminal 1 on the ignition coil plug tested same as the battery but I need the ecu pinout to test the other wires.

Yes I installed new condenser, it tested same as old one with no continuity showing. From what I've read, that's normal with condensers.

Still no spark after it quit running and threw the same codes. I'm afraid the ECU is bad but I need to eliminate all other possibilities before spending more $$$.

Got it fixed today. Tested the ground going to the connectors that plug into the coils with a multi-meter (looking into the plug with clip on top, the farthest to the right is ground and farthest left is 12v power). The resistance was different as i tested different plugs, then I moved the harness around and the resistance fluctuated. I tore into the harness and found a hard bend in the main ground wire (after the 4 different wires came together). Fixed that and it started right up. I guess the odd bend in the wire and moving the harness around while changing the motor caused this headache.

No problem. I hate when you never hear the outcome of a problem.
