which fuse is the radio fuse in the driver's side kicker fuse box? 98 VE

I looked at the diagram of the fuses behind the storage box but it doesnt really say "radio" on it. My radio doesnt turn on. Not sure if it is broken, fuse is blown, or something. Not sure if the fuse powers the same as the shifter light too. Both the radio and shifter light are out.
Thanks in advance.

Factory radio? If it's an aftermarket, the fuse is actually on the back of the unit.

Hrmmm, yes it's not factory. Removeable face plate. I figured the same fuse but I will figure out how to remove the aftermarket and check the fuse. Thanks Cap.

the aftermarket fuse is on the back of the aftermarket radio, and is most likely a ATM10 fuse

It's SUPER easy to remove. Pull out the trim around the stereo by inserting a flathead screwdriver at the bottom of the trim and prying it up. The whole trim piece (including vents, clock, four way button and defrost button) will pull out easily. There will be four philips head screws at each corner of the head unit. Remove and the unit pulls straight out. Has to be one of the simplest radio install/removals in the world. The fuse will be on the back. You should be able to do this in under 10 minutes.

Cap, you were right. It was easy to remove the console (the vent/clock/hazard light) and the radio removal was easy. Only thing is there was no fuse in the back. I didnt see any on the driver side kickbox fuses either. My friend just told me hsi 9th gen Corolla's radio doesnt work either. We suspect that when we tried to plug in this cheapy tire compressor to the cig adapter, it must have short circuited my radio and also his too. Because the cigaretter lighter doesnt work either.

Might just be coincidental. I dont have a manual to find out where all the fuses are. I am guessing there is one in the engine compartment. Not sure if there is a fuse for the cig lighter and radio over there.

If anyone knows, can someone share. Thank you.

The 8th Generation Corolla fusebox might be different, but here's a diagram of the fuse locations for the 7th Generation Corolla:

If it's different then the only other way to find the fuse is to pull out each and every fuse from the fusebox (one by one of course) until you find the one that's blown.

Thanks for the diagram. I found the right one in the fuse box next to steering wheel. It's 15 amp. It fixed the radio and cigarette lighter.
