Fuel pump relay and DRL relay burning up

My 98 seems to have an electrical issue. The DRLs were disabled when I bought it. I had power issues and the lights wouldnt turn off. I went through and replaced the cut wires and DRL relay behind the radio. I also noticed that the Fuel pump relay was bad. Fast forward 3 months, I was driving and the car cut out. I got it started and drove to the side of the road. I then noticed my headlights wouldnt parking lights wouldnt turn off. The fuel pump relay on the kick panel was once again burnt and the DRL relay under the dash is burnt. Are these related? Haynes doesnt indicate it and I dont have the time to rip my dash apart every few months. Has this happened to any one else. I appreciate anyone that could help and look forward to any ideas.

I recently had to replace the DRL relay in my 98 Corolla, now just a couple of months later my fuel pump quit working.

There just may be some relationship between the two.

I have called several parts stores and they say there isnt a fuel pump relay for the 98 corolla.

I'm going to check my drivers side kick panel for said fuel pump relay.... hopfully this is my problem.
