need help with 98 corolla

hey guys, i am new here just signed up. i am selling a car this friday hopefully, and need to put another car on the road for my wife. I have a 98 corolla, that i put a motor in and cant figure out a couple things. any help would be greatly appreciated.

1st pic is a nipple near the TB. the one near it goes to the valve cover. doent know whats supposed to be one here.

2nd pic is below the coils. i found this by accident. looks like coolant might come out this threaded whole. maybe a sensor was here.

There is no substitute for the factory service manual, it has by far the best diagrams and instructions.
