Need Help Identifying Rear Noise

Alright so I just drove 2000+ KM on the highway. I had about 400-500lbs of crap in my car. This is the work that was done before the trip.

-Rear Sway Bar
-End Links
-Rear Springs
-Rear Struts
-Drums + Shoes

All those parts are new. Now after the drive after unloading all that stuff I noticed a click sound over some bumps and also a slight click sound while breaking in the rear of the car. These noises didn't happen before this long trip. Any ideas would be great guys.

I can't think of anything seeing as it is all pretty damn new. The oldest parts on that list is the strut, end links,Rear Sway Bar and it had only 3000km on it before the trip

My guess is the rear springs.

This lexus service bulletin covers the issue.

The strut mounts themselves make a hell of a racket when worn( lots of rattling and clicking noises).

Yes I can see how they would if worn out but my struts are pretty new. KYB struts too which I heard were a good replacement. I can't see how that would be worn out after about 6000km of driving on them.

Not sure if you understood my post but the rear springs have probably 2500km on them since installation. Is that picture in the PDF the complete assembly of the 2001 corrolla?

Did you read the pdf?
"During the rear strut assembly process, the coil spring upper insulator may have become deformed or unseated causing a metal to metal interference between the upper end of the coil spring and the spring upper support (suspension support). This interference may result in a clicking noise from the rear suspension when driving over bumps."

If when you installed your springs or struts you didn't replace the insulator or installed the insulator incorrectly === the cause of your noise.

I bought new insulator's for both of the rears I did forget to mention that. I took a look at it today but they looked fine to me. If the guy installed them wrong he is a complete idiot. I think you can only put them on one way which forms to the spring. I didn't take it apart because I don't have the tools to compress the springs. Is there some sort of ball joint at the top maybe?

I remember a mechanic mentioning some sort of joint at the top of the unit once when pricing out a strut job.
