Help to reprogram rolla

Does anybody knows a quick way to reprogram the car after disconnecting the battery. Because every time i disconnect my battery or my battery dies my car acts stupid it's undrivable for a couple days it lags and cnt drive up to a certain speed and the timing is off .But after a couple days of driving it or a week, it usually fix the issue but im looking for a quick fix if anybody could help that would be real helpful.thnk you.

The problem is with the ECM. Whenever it loses power its stored information is lost. The engine will run rough for awhile until the ECT relearns the various engine parameters. This is normal.

I know that you can use backup systems to prevent the stereo from losing its programming -- I'm unsure if this will work with ECT as well.

Yeah im familiar with that but i tought there was a quick fix for this issue becuz i had a trip planned to go tommorow.Well i guess i wont go anymore because corolla still hasnt picked up highway speed.Smhhh
