Upstream 02 sensor harness

Currently working on replacing the upstream 02 sensor and haven't been able to to remove the harness.

Any tips on how to remove it?

If you have a new sensor, it's easier to figure out once you see how they go together.

Basically there is a tab on one of the four sides (I think it was the one that was the hardest to get to--of course). Press the tab with a flathead screw driver. Then gently slide the interior part out.

Been doing that. The small amount of space only allows one hand so it's difficult to hold a flathead while trying to pull the harness at the same time.

Finally figured it out. The release tab is on top of the harness. I've been trying to get at it from the driver's side. Getting at it from the passenger side is a lot easier with some more room to work with and with it being visible.

All2baka, could you describe, or better, post a picture where the O2 sensor is? I think I know, but I'm just learning working on cars, trying to fix up my kids corolla. Thanks
