Are you talking about those pieces of molded plastic that get shoved into the window channel - vent visors or side window deflectors?

Yeah, not on the Corolla - but on a truck at home. Works great, adds a little blindspot, but you get used to them. As long as you get a decent one, they won't slip out. Most of the universal ones I've seen on EBay use double sided sticky tape - can be prone to excessive noise/leaking.
The ones I got for my truck were from WeatherTech - also got some All_Weather rubber floor mat from them as well - no tape needed, just slides in place - doesn't come loose.
