Spark Plug Decision

I'll be putting in new spark plugs in my car pretty soon and I've decided to go with NGK Iridium plugs but I'm debating whether or not to get the Iridium IX or the Laser Iridium. Does any have experiences to either of these and noticed a significant difference? I'm also open to hear from drivers who use other types of spark plugs and believe it to be better.

spark plugs are relatively simple. they have contacts on the ground and plug side. these contacts, depending on the metal, can create a good or weaker spark. for example they have platinum, iridium and such. iridium is the best metal and the price is equal to the ammount of metal coating on the plugs. the IX is more money but may last a little longer then the regular iridium. as for performance? your not going to feel any gains between the two. you may notice a longer life with the IX however.

This is why Toyota is one of the leading car dealers. When I replaced mine they installed iridium sparks plugs standard with the car! I took mine out at 185000km and they still looked pretty decent. I replaced them though for better gas consumption. The ride seemed a little smoother then before but not by much.

I bought the ones from Toyota because I heard that these cars can be picky with spark plugs. Pretty sure I read it on here somewhere but I could be wrong. The Toyota iridium spark plugs are great though I will say that.

I've used both Denso Iridium and NGK Iridium IX plugs in mine and my car ran great.
