vibration

hey all, my 99 corolla's steering recently started vibrating excessively only when im going between 50 -60mph, not at all over that, or not in the city under that...weird.. i just changed the brake pads and rotors (happens with or without braking), and my tires are great firestones about 1 yr old with maybe only 2500 miles..i did have 1 caliper pin seize and froze when i did the brakes 3 months ago, it shook much more then for couple wks, until my mechanic torched the caliper and freed the pin adding grease on it and i think its good now..but why would the car vibrate only btwn those speeds? appreciate any input, thanx!

At that speed, likely to be a wheel balance issue. Wheel weights fall off all the time, try swapping the rear tires for the front and see if the vibration follows the tires. If they do, it is a balance, wear, or bent wheel. If the vibration stays the same - likely a brake, suspension, bearing, steering, or drivetrain issue.
