Start from the battery and work down.
Dont just look at connections, remove the wires, fuses where you can and clean.
You wont always be able to see the corrosion.
The best way to find areas of high resistace( which is probably what you have ) is to start the car , put a load on the electrical system( turn on headlights or blower ect.) the set your multimeter ( to volts , low setting if you dont have autorange) and start testing across power( positive to positive) and ground( negative to negative )connections.
Anything over 0.2 votls is suspect and anything over .04 volts is a definate problem.
Before you start these tests, its a given that you have allready tested your battery and alternator under load.
This is a super common problem.
