Quarter panel does not come off the car. You have to pound out the dent from the inside or cut out the damaged section and weld on a replacement panel. More labor cost involved with this sort of repair - if you've had prior body work experience, might be a DIY job. Depending on the size of the dent and how the car was hit - I'd also recommend setting it on a chassis jig and check the unitbody for square. More often than not, even a moderate hit will bend the unitbody in that corner, and you'll have to pull the unitbody back square, before you start any work. Otherwise, the repair will look uneven / off.
