USA Time to replace MAF??

Hi folks,
I drive 2000 Corolla CE with 110K miles on it. I had CEL went on for p0171. I cleaned up the MAF and put it back. It worked fine for two months. And, again the CEL went on with the code p0171. I cleaned MAF again and put it back and is working fine now. Now, there's a noticeable difference in my mileage. Is it time to purchase a new MAF? or Do I have to do Fuel Injection cleaning or something??

Not sure about the fuel injection cleaning, but if you go with a New OEM MAF, I sell genuine OEM parts to members for 30% of MSRP. I am an authorized Toyota Dealer and a supporting vendor here on TN. MSRP is $198.86 and a TN member would pay $139.21. I charge only actual shipping costs, nothing over inflated or anything like that. Chances are that I could get that out to you for about $8.00 for shipping.

Just thought I'd pass that information on to you. Good luck

If the mileage doesn't straighten out by the next tank then yes I'd say get a new MAF. Many of us including myself have had to replace them much sooner than at your mileage.
