You will need :

New pedal set (Brake + Clutch)
Clutch Master Cylinder (Slave + Lines)
Floor mounted shifter (Your A/T shifter hole might be too big)
Shifter linkage
Flywheel
Patience and time

You might have issues with :

The Vehicle Speed Sensor which sends signals to the ECU might send wrong signals. (You will need to change the cluster or the ECU).
Transmission mounts
Clutch Start Switch harness (ECU capable?)
Will the axle fit ?
Will the starter fit ?
You will probably need to change the ECU (from a 5-speed).

Need help? Schematics? Ask and good luck with your project !

You will need a friend to help lift the transmission. You should check if the parts prices will fit your budget and look for the best deal.

Shifter hole is fine. Replace the bezel with the shifter boot and base from a manual.
VSS is the same.
Driver side and rear mounts need to change.
Axle will fit.
Starter will fit.
Need 5-speed ECU AND engine wire harness.

Why would you need a new brake pedal (like the whole brake assembly?)I thought you only need the clutch pedal assembly?

Brake pedal on a MT car is smaller. After installing the clutch pedal an AT brake pedal will be dangerously close to it, if not interfering with it outright. Just look at all the tuner pedal pads they sell at a shop.

With the tranny out, not hard. It's the brackets that need swapping and you want to bolt on first. Subframe needs to come out so get an engine support beam. I have been able to reuse the front and side trans mount, rear one you probably can too but I swapped mine for good measure.
