2002 Chevy Prizm Horn Fix

I checked the fuse, it's fine. I jumped the horn, it it works fine as well. So, somewhere in the circuit isn't working. Anybody know how to fix it? Thanks!

The horn switch in your steering wheel is probably bad. The clockspring or the switch itself may be faulty.

Ok, due to the lack of help, I'll write a quasi-how-to:

Check the fuse, if it's good, check the horn by jumping it.
Jump the horn (run a wire from the positive terminal of the battery to the horn, while grounding the horn).
If it works, the horn is good, and the problem is somewhere in the circuit. Reconnect horn.
Check the relay, which is in the fuse box. Swap it with a same size relay that works, and if nothing happens, the relay is probably fine and the problem is probably in the switch.
Disconnect the battery, take the steering wheel faceplate off with a torque bit (1 torque screw on each side), and pull faceplate off. Check switch and wires.

My problem was that the wire connected to the switch was broken. I replaced it, and it works great.
