You have to remove the 2 radiator's top mount brackets, then pull the radiator up and tilt it (don't remove any hoses). Remove the in/out metal lines from the condenser (10mm bolt) and just pull on it.
Put your new condenser in and screw in your lines. Then make sure to properly pop back the radiator on it's supports and install the mounting brackets. Now go to a HVAC specialist to get new refrigerant and oil in. Don't use these DIY kits, they suck big time.
Good luck with your project, with temperatures rising to 105 degrees, it's important to stay cooled.
