Corolla 1998 Cigarette Lighter now working

I was filling up the tyres of my car the other day using the portable air-pumps that you plug in the cigarette lighter. I finished filling air in the first tyre turned the pump off. When I tried switching in ON again to fill air in next tyre it wont turn on. So I took it to gas pump and filled the air there.

The other things in the instrument panel such as clock and radio are working fine. I already tried playing with fuse in the instrument-panel fuse box and I dont think its that causing the cigarette lighter to not work properly. Any suggestions what might have gone wrong?

Try some of the other fuses... it is one of them. It doesn't hurt to take them out one at a time and visually inspect for pops.
