1999 ae110 brake problem

i have a 1999 ae 110 and or some reason i find my brake pedal going to low before i feel any braking taking placeive changed my master cylinder from 13/16 to 7/7....i had a booster that leaked air shortly after i switch of my car so i changed that, new brake pads, new brake shoes and i changed my brake lines from the rubber to the goodridge stainless steel brake lines and i still find the pedal is going too low before i get brakes, and i dont wanna adjust the drums anymore in the back cus my hand brake cable gets tighter......oh yea i also changed the rubbers in my master cylinder.....can anyone suggest what is wrong or is it the abs that has my pedal so low??
