Squeaky noise Front Right Side

Hi,
Mine is Toyota Corolla 2000 and 116K on it. I just rotated my tires couple of weeks ago and changed oil 3 days ago. From Yesterday onwards I started hearing squeaky noise from right side of the wheel. It comes and goes. If I drive more than 50 miles I don't hear it at all. If I drive about 35 miles I hear it almost all the time. There's no sound when I brake or when I slow it gradually. If the car is warm and if I maintain 50 mph all the way there's no sound. Could it be springs or bearings???? Any suggestions....

Opened the hood to check for belt noise but none came from there. My Power steering is fine, too.

Do you have hub caps, if so take them off and drive the car and see if the noise goes away

Not always. It makes noise before warm up but after that there's no noise.

Do they make noise after you brake? The brakes may be sticking.

Okay, just checked with a mechanic. He felt it's the brake sensor noise. He says he can look into the problem in a day or two. What are the best brake pads available?? OEM or any other brands???

The last time I changed brake pads was at 87K miles and I'm on 116K miles. I think last time I was ripped of by the national chain store brake job with cheap material for higher price.

There is no one "perfect" pad - much of it depends on your driving style and what you are after braking performance wise. For low dust, quiet operation, and smooth braking - can't beat OEM pads. If you want something with a little more bite, higher brake torque, there are a number of aftermarket composite pads - like Hawk, Porterfield, EBC, Akebono, Axxis, etc. that make higher performance pads. Many of those same aftermarket make "ceramic" based pads, similar to OEM. Low dust, little to no pad noise, long pad life - with normal brake torque.
