Headlights

OK.

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I can't find exactly what I am looking for in earlier threads.

How can you redo the wiring so that when you turn on the High Beams, the fog lights do not turn off?

How can you make the High Beams and Low Beams stay on at the same time?

What is the brightest, whitest headlight bulbs you can buy that are street legal? I do not want to go to HIDs.

The bulbs I use were made by Toshiba. they were originally made for John Deere tractor company and were there attempt to make the brightest bulb.
Here is a thread where I followed. My night time driving is much better. There are those bulbs, silverstars etc. They suck. I also turned of Daytime Driving to keep bulbs longevity.

The lumens arent that great, the US Silverstars, not the OSRAMS. Osramsare very good.
The silverstars dont last long, also due to Daytime running lights, which I disable. They are brighter, but not more lumens.
