Exclamation 2000 Toyota Corolla wiring harness location? Faulty windows and humming vents?

Where is the wiring harness in my 2000 corolla located? I dont have a manual depicting this and need to find the location.

In addition has anyone else had experience with the windows not rolling down or doing so and then getting stuck and not rolling back up? I've decided its a wiring problem or corrossion or something but I'm not certain. I'm getting tired of this and I know Toyota will charge a crazy amount to fix it. Anyone know what could be the problem?

Also there is a strange buzzing sound that the vents make. I dont know if something is overheating or if there is something just busted but it is annoying. Only resolves itself if I turn it on full blast or turn it off. Thank you for the help!

The most common problems on faulty corolla power windows are the window switches and motors. The motors are probably shot. I replaced both my rear motors for $60 off amazon. Disassemble the window switches first and clean the contacts before trying again then test the harness leading to the motor with a multimeter for the correct voltage. if all is well then its probably a weak or shot motor. replace them
