98 Corolla 3SGTE conversion

Hi I;m new, running a 1998 Corolla VE with 3SGTE second gen swap, 300 hp @ the flywheel, this is my daily driver as I have a 25,000 original mile700hp MKIV LHD 6 speed Supra for a weekend car.

Any one else done this swap? I want some ideas for suspension as the 1998 Corolla came with aluminum engine but the older 96 Corolla was Iron heavier like my 3SGTE, think i'm gonna convert to the older suspension, maybe Tokico HP with stiffer rate lowering springs?

Also any one have some 4x100 BBK ideas?

Thanks,

to Toyota Nation! I'm going ahead and moving your thread over to the Corolla forums so the other owners there can respond to your swap question.

Welcome to TN!

Any pics or videos of that beast?

For a big brake kit, check out fastbrakes.com

They sell wilwood kits for the Corolla in 4-piston and 6-piston applications.

You have to upload the pictures to a website like Imageshack or Photobucket to post them.

I'd also like to see the pictures of this beast.
And thanks for the link PhatRoyale,I need to look into those brakes myself. (Even though they are too expensive for me and I'll probably end up painting my calipers.)

Never used Imageshack or Photobucket, sounds annoying, every other forum I go onto uploading images is so easy, you just click browse than add etc. I will look into it.

Since you can't upload pictures easily - what about a description of what you are currently running.

What engine management are you running? Transaxle upgrades? What sort of tuning have you done? What generation of 3SGTE are you running? etc.

I need to relocate the battery to the trunk, move the giant mass air flow sensor on the turbo inlet size instead of the intercooler charge pipe side etc. Soon as I do that I will take some new pics>
