antifreezer all over radiator, Escaping from cap?

So today while driving my CEL came on, arrived home and i can smell hot antifreezer, pop the hood and i discover this...

The car still drives fine and normal at 203xxx, i never had a CEL, never had any overheating problem, and never had any major problem, just replacing the usual here and there...at first i though the radiator had a hole on top but when my dad pointed out the cap i see that its dripping it all over the radiator causing it to rust, its some green antifreezer auto zone brand. What is going on here, is it really my cap? out of both times my corolla got in a accident the radiator and fans survived and work fine but if it looks like i got to replace it should i buy an oem or one of those after market all aluminum radiator? and can this kick in the CEL? let me know...

The CEL might, or might not have anything to do with the radiator . What code/codes are you getting?
You definitely have a couple pf problems with your cooling system, your cap is leaking( could be a bent cap ,bad seal, bad lip on the filler neck), fan shrouds are damaged /gone( those shrouds make a huge difference in cooling).

Might be worthwhile to get the radiator cap and radiator itself pressure tested. I've seen the plastic tanks leak on this generation of Corolla. Either from the crimp coming apart, or some damage/crack to the radiator tank that is only visible under pressure.
