I took it to the mechanic yesterday, but they were unable to open the trunk. Unfortunately, they cannot access the trunk through the back seat because the locks are on the inside of the trunk. I have to take my car back on Monday, so a Master Mechanic can look at it. Does anyone have any ideas that I can give the gentlemen? Thank you in advance.

Does the lock turn when you put the key in or is it a latch problem?
