Toyota OEM Reman CV shafts

Anyone have any experience or input on going with the reman CV shafts from the dealer? Local dealer just started carrying them and I'm thinking of going this route as the aftermarkets didn't last a year. Figure the quality has to be decent if Toyota is selling them but figured I'd ask before buying... Warranty is 12 mo/12k mi.

I'm not familiar with Toyota's reman quality, but I'd go with brand new CV axles if you want to replace them. I've been happy with A1 Cardone Select's quality on mine so far...

Thanks for the reply. I originally went with new GSP's from Advance about a year ago, and it wasn't long before the inner joints were complaining. I did a lot of research and people who had no problems with aftermarket, even with Cardone, were in the minority unfortunately. The general concensus was that aftermarket, new or reman, are of low quality, which got me thinking about Toyota Reman's.

I actually called the dealer to get a price on new (almost 600 each, ouch), and they told me they just started carrying the reman's, so I figured I'd ask and see if anyone had any input. The other option that got decent feedback was Raxles out of FL.
