I have no connection on my OBDII port

i have toyota corolla zze111 G6R 4zz engine.my problem is that i have no connection with OBDII port.i dont know the reason.
My ecu is bosch oem 89661-0w134
can someone help me if he has the wiring diagram for this ecu?
or some idea how to test the obdii pins?

Check all your fuses. Make sure there is ground at pins 3 & 4 and 12 v at pin 16. Also with the car running, Use a DVOM to check for varying voltages at pin 8.

just today i check these 4 pins.all work correct but still no connection.
Any ideas?????
i still search for wiring diagram for this model.

all the fuses are look perfect but until now I have no solution in my problem.
something it must be on the wiring.
something else I have the trip computer only to check liters / kilometre and I have some other radio/cd device so the custom radio is disable. it can be the problem on this ?

Were you checking all the fuses under the dash or just in the engine bay?
