[Solved] Crank Pulley Bolt Removal

I have a 1998 Corolla with an automatic transmission and I am trying to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt. I don't have an impact wrench. It turns the crank when I turn the bolt. I've tried putting a wrench on a camshaft, but the camshaft just unscrews the bolt that fastens the timing sprocket to the timing chain. I tried prying against the flywheel, but there isn't a good place there to pry against it.

Has anyone ever done this on this before?

I wrapped a piece of rope around the pulley several times and then tied it off. It worked.
