Disabling DRL and auto headlights

I have a 2001 corolla and i've been searching for two hours and all I get is the vamp website that is not available any more. All I know is that I need to cut pin 23 to disable both but I can't get the connector out. What color is the wire?

I have cut two red and blue wires. One had a lighter blue and the other darker.

I figured that I would post a picture of the DRL relay but i cant. Is the DRL relay the black box with the black connector with more wires coming from it than other connectors?

Interesting way to disable the DRL, now is there a way to make the Highs the DRLs instead? such as the 09 camrys do?
