Quick Fluid Question - Neon Yellow/Green under Car in Snow

hey guys,

just had a quick question

my wife and i just shoveled out our Corolla 03 LE from under 10 inches of light snow
so we turn the car on and leave it on for about 10 minutes as we clean it off and shovel the back out

i pull out back directly into the spot across from ours and get out to shovel the rest of our space
there is this neon yellow/green fluid all underneath the car in drips and spots

what could it be? all my fluid levels look normal.
if anyone has any ideas, please let me know as i have to take it in this week anyways

thanks,
smitt

Sounds like coolant, but your coolant should be red. What color is the coolant in the coolant tank?

that looks like antifreeze from your radiar, if is automatic transmission should be red, motor oil should be lighter yellow color(if is new changed oil) or black in color (before oil change), but is funny tho, the leak is not at the front is at the back right under the fire wall. so check on your radiar hose clam, it might be loosing. if not the clam, check the water pump. might be leaking off the water pump too.

okay so it isnt the antifreeze in the radiator with the coolant cause its red right??

but you think its radiator hose clamp or water pump leaking from the middle of the car?

Lets list the fluids what colors are these supposed to be:
2003 Toyota Corolla, which has only been maintenenced at the dealership-

gas -

oil -

coolant - red

brake fluid -

power steering -

transmission -

and differential -

any help anybody, i have to take it in tomorrow!

i think i have the answer to your question smittay. for some reason when the water comes into contact with the stainless steel on the exhaust, it'll turn into that neon yellow colour you're talking about. since my 8th gen is low, it'll leave that neon yellow mark sometimes when i get some snow under there. and i'm sure it's not my coolant or any other fluid, because i have no neon yellow fluid in my car at all, nothing even close to yellow.

Brake fluid and gasoline are typically clear, but I guess when in contact with snow, the color hue could change. Does the leak smell like gas?

Don't worry about it, its very common, it has happened to me many times when digging the car out after some snow, I was worried at first, but after happing every time it snowed, I figured it was the snow melting of the exhaust pipes, engine block etc, and your pictures are basicly what i see every time it snows here.
