2003 corolla 219,000 miles

I now have 219,000 miles on my 03 Corolla LE. I bought it a year ago for $4000 and put a new rear spoiler on it and installed new take off 06 factory alloys and tires. I use Mobil 1 oil and service the car on a regular basis. I cannot believe how well built these cars are for the money. I have had zero problems with the car other than a service engine light came on one time and I thought it needed a new catalytic converter. I reset the light and it doesnt come on anymore. I removed the Corolla Emlem on the back to clean it up a little and other than that it is stock. I am very very impressed with Toyota's and this is the first one I have ever purchased. I hope everyone else is having good luck too!

Thanks W203. The car was previously used by a hospital to deliver x-rays. I bought it with 208,000 miles and it still does not use any oil or show any early warning signs of trouble. It's a great car!

Yea they are good cars, should last you a while if you keep up with the maintenance. Keep us updated on the mileage, I wanna see how many more it'll go for (might be some time).

I will keep you updated. I paid such a small amount of money ($4000.00) for the car therefore I really cant trade up for anything without spending several thousand dollars.

I was wondering if you could give us an update. How many miles are you up to now? How has your Corolla held up?
