Installing stock HU from 2007 Yaris Hatchback into 2005 Corolla S?

My brother gave me the stock head unit from his 2007 Yaris Liftback. I'll take it since it has an aux jack.

It's a double-din head unit and I did buy the double-din Metra mounting kit for the Corolla. My question though:

Does the '05 Corolla use the same type of wiring harness as the '07 Yaris Liftback? Will installing the stock head unit from an '07 Yaris Liftback into an '05 Corolla S be plug&play?

good question..

Yaris = made in Japan
Corolla = made in Canada/US

someone out there probably knows.. I tried finding out on the American International website http://www.aius.net/default.asp (aftermarket harness adaptor maker) to see if their part numbers crossreference to the same harness kit, they don't list one for the Yaris, but the one for the 2005 Echo and the 2005 Corolla crossreferenced to the same two kits, maybe it works the same for the 2007 Yaris.

I found the Yaris. I clicked on the search button at the top of their site and drilled down the menus. It lists these harnesses for the Yaris:

Wire Harness TWH-950
Wire Harness TWH-951


It shows the same two for the '05 Corolla.

Ok, I've found the harness that plugs into the back of the stock head unit from the Yaris. I can't find any harness adapters that plug into the '05 Corolla's 6-speaker JBL system though.
