trying identify my model

My model corolla has the following details
Engine : 1NZFE

Mod.# : NZE121R-AEPDK

but the seatbelt tag says its a 2001 model which would make it 8th gen.
When I match a picture of it to those on the website it matches the 9th generation.
Can someone advise me which generation I own?

its probably a 9th like you said. if you really wanan be sure. you can take it to a dealer. theyll be glad to tell you. or you could look at your registration.. it just might say the year. or post a picture...

Maybe you can check the emissions label under the hood. Usually it will tell the year there.
