You can get a am/fm transmitter for the ipod where you plug it into the cig. lighter

or

get a aftermarket stereo with an AUX plug and/or one with an ipod connector build in/capatible connection

I have my Sirius radio running through the stock radio using a hardwired FM modulator. Works perfect. Your iPod would work the same way.

Check this out.

I put it in my '03 It works quite well but it's not exactly an easy job. It took me a good day to complete.
I had to play with the cd ribbon cable contacts to find the correct ones. They were different in my radio. Good luck all
