Is your car prewired for fogs? It likely is since it is a later model LE. To check, look for the blue fog light socket hanging or taped around the back of the fog light cover. Just put in the fog light housing, add the fog light relay (horn relay) and add a light stalk from a junk yard from a corolla s.

Likely the fog light button that came with your car goes where the TPMS button is currently located and will need a new place to mount it (the light stalk from the corolla s will subsitute for the fog light button that came with the ebay kit).

If not prewired for plugs, check out this link: D.I.Y. OEM Type Fogs

Well i dont think my car is prewired,i didnt see any plugs around the housing.I have some pics of the harness i got with the kit plus pics of my fuse box,now im not trying to do this myself lol, im not a do it yourself in this case. But im just trying to figure out where all this plugs in the harness go to,one guy i talked to said that all of them need it to plugged somewhere and that i need it the instructions.Well i got this kit from ebay and does not come with instrutions. They said i just could go to any place where they install alarms and car stereos and they would do it with no problem now i dont know if thats true.Anyway sorry for the long thread check the pics below

That's the exact same kit I bought. Here's my experience with it:

My experience with eBay fog lamps

You'll have to tear the wire harness apart and re-wire the harness yourself. It'll be a LOT easier that way. My '07 is pre-wired for fogs, but I didn't want to change the turn signal stalk; I liked the idea of a completely separate switch. But the beam pattern on those eBay fog lights sucks. Look at the pictures in that thread I linked to above. I've already replaced the right side light housing with a real Toyota one (used). The left one is still the eBay, and there's really no control of the light at all. It just goes everywhere.

When I first laid the harness out, and on the car, I couldn't figure out what was supposed to go where, with the only exception of the switch and the fog lamp plugs! Because the harness was all loomed up, you couldn't tell what wires went where either.

I took a small 12V battery I have from a radio controlled Jeep and some alligator leads and started playing with the harness. I found out which terminals on the relays did what, which wires needed power, which ones needed grounding, etc. It took me 2-3 hours of sitting there scratching my head before I just started cutting the harness up (because none of the wires were the correct length for our chassis). I still think it might have been worth the cost, because I figure I'd blow 50 bucks in parts and time running around town looking for the relays and switches (maybe I get the right ones, maybe I have to go back). So if the lamp housings totally sucked (they really do), I figure I'd at least break even on all the electrical parts. Having had to cut and essentially wire my own harness, I now question the value of getting the kit, because I'm replacing the lamp housings anyway, but oh well.
