Help '05 S No Spark

The car ran fine, park it for about 30min then it didn't start.

I'm getting Fuel but no spark. If it sits for a while and you try to start it will start and run for 1 second and die, after that it just cranks.

I replaced the cam and crank position sensor with new OEM toyota parts.
I checked the timing chain and it still intact.

Is there anything else to check before comming to the conclusion that the ECU is bad?

119,000 on the clock

Thank You

Any CELs? I assume you check the coil packs and plugs?
