How much is reasonable for this work?

I have 59k miles on my Corolla 05 XRS and just got an oil change at the dealer and they recommended the following:

Drive belts (cracked)
Drive Belt tensioner - leaking
Coolant Drain and Refill
Air Filter Dirty
Cabin Air Filter Dirty

How much would be reasonable cost for this & which ones do I have to get sooner?
ALso, do you think if I ask to all the listed above done at once, will I get a discount?
Thanks

Serpentine belt - $20 plus labor (maybe a half hour per the book)?
Belt tensioner - ? that surprises me - is it really leaking??
Coolant drain and fill $70
Air filter - part is around $20
Cabin air filter - part is around $20

Do them all, except is the belt tensioner really leaking? The engine and cabin air filters are so easy to do yourself - we're talking at most 15 minutes total for both. The dealers make a fortune on the cabin air filter replacements - I've seen them advertising $40, which means they are charging you at least $20 for a few minutes of labor

Discount for all at once - worth a try, but NO.

Is the coolant change necessary? I thought Toyota uses a 5-year/100k mile coolant. The coolant is certainly not ready to be changed based on miles. It's not likely ready to be changed based on age either.

A genuine Toyota/Denso air filter is about 11 bucks from your Toyota dealer. The cabin filter is closer to $20. As stated above, these are easily changeable by yourself at home. I would not pay a mechanic to change those because they probably WILL charge you $20 each for the parts, plus an hour of labor for 10 minutes' worth of work.

I would wait till you get closer to 100K mi for the coolant change.

The filter you can do yourself

Here I got this from 9th gen corolla.com (no spaces) on how to make your own cabin air filter

materials needed:
Household Furnace Air Filter any brand, perferable 3M Air Filter (in the red bag)
Something to cut with, scissors
marker or something you can see where you mark
so i went down to home depot today just to shop and remember i needed a new cabin filter for the corolla. i remember reading this off the acura forum awhile back. so this is what you do.
grab you old cabin filter and place it on top of the new air filter which you will be cutting. use the old filter as a templete to make the new filter to size.

after you mark the area, just cut away. the thing is that you need to have the cardboard in the area you mark too. this is what holds the element. so what i'm trying to say is start from edge to edge. do not start where the filter element is.

it will deform a bit if your cutting with scissors but you can reshape it later. after you cut it out, the wire will be facing up when you place it back in the housing. and thats it.

all i'd paid for is $10 for a pretty big filter, you could go bigger to make 4 maybe 6 filter at the same price. the 3m air filter is a 3 month filter so i dont have to worry about it for awhile. air flow is still the same. but this will filter a lot better than the oem filter. it should be alot more healther for you guys.
the reason why i chose the 3m red brand is because thats what the acura forum recommended and because if you do get the 3m purple brand its like the same material as oem but cutting it might be a nightmare because it might crumpple to pieces when cutting.
